The Map of the Layers of the Universe & Afterlife
(Note this is strictly regarding the universe as it applies to the Afterlife, and layers of space, not physics, planets, etc.)
Generally, in Eastern philosophy the theory is that people are perceived to be on a journey, the wheel of life, and that their actions in one life will lead to the appropriate learning and balance through cause and effect. They are thought of as having little choice in their destiny and work out their karma.
A different although similar view, that of the Past Life and Spirit World Regressionist’s is that we do have everything to say in the choice of our next life. We choose the life through a review of several that might provide an opportunity to learn what our soul needs to learn. The purpose of each lifetime is to undergo an expansion of soul that will enable our soul to grow to the next spiritual level. According to some religious traditions, our karma influences our choices. Unlike religious traditions, there is no punishment involved in the process of balancing karmic energy. The only judgment incurred is from the soul. The guides, soul group members, Elders and other inhabitants of the spirit world are completely neutral in this regard. The only function of karmic balancing is to grow the soul’s energy, no other reasons. The soul knows what it has to do to find that balance, at least while in the spirit world. However, the amnesiac veil present on Earth, keeps us from knowing what we ache to know.
